Nike Academy has closed down – but why? To find out why Nike Academy shut down JayMike and Joltter discuss their opinions on why Nike decided it was time to end the story of Nike Academy. In this video JayMike and Joltter talk about the reasons behind Nike closing down the famous Nike Academy. Nike Academy has served as a professional football academy for talented young football players around the world who are chasing the dream of becoming professional footballers. Over the years Nike Academy has produced many professional players such as Tom Rogic – who played in the World Cup 2014 – and Pontus Almqvist who’s currently playing professionally in Sweden. However, after a long run of producing football players Nike Academy has now shut down so the Nike Most Wanted, at least for now, is a thing of the past.
